I would thoroughly recommend contacting the Online Floor Warehouse for your next project.  This is a family business which went out of their way to make sure that I not only received the right product, but also the right advice throughout.  It was a pleasure liaising with John and Sue and it made the job much easier.  Having good people on your side is so valuable especially for DIYers, it's a different experience when dealing with chain stores.  After some preliminary research I also found  the Online Floor Warehouse to have better prices, a better variety of options and a better quality of stock.  Really I can't think of any reason why people would go elsewhere!
