 L-End caps are mainly used where you cannot fit scotia. Examples:- by low door threshholds and patio doors (Fig 2). They can also be used abutting tiles if the tiles are not too low (Fig 3).  Make sure the trim will not be higher than the tiles when fitted before cutting floor board to size.  If the tiles are too low use either a T-mold or end cap.  If tiles are slightly too high try running the trim through a bench saw and cutting the trim at an angle (Fig 4).  L-End Caps should be glued into place. We recommend a fast set PU adhesive.
